How does shipping & delivery work?

Orders usually ship within 48 hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches its destination. 

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and do not include dispatch times. Standard shipping is free for all Australian orders.

We usually ship with Australia Post, who usually get parcels to locations across Australia in 3-7 business days. 

Please note: During sale events & peak times, extended dispatch times are expected.
